In what has become a topsy-turvy season for the Penn State men’s rugby team, the side was able to improve its record to 4-3 on the season and qualify for the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union playoffs. The feat was accomplished thanks to a 58-22 drubbing of the University of Virginia, which capped a regular season during which the team was never sure it would be playing in the post season.
